1Booking & Payment

• •A booking is regarded as confirmed only once the necessary advance payment is received.
• •Full payment is required 30 days before the start date of the package.
• •For last-minute bookings, 100% payment is necessary at the time of booking.
• •Payments can be facilitated through bank transfer, UPI, or other methods agreed upon with Magic Vacations.
• •Currently, we do not accept credit card payments.

2Refund & Cancellation Policy

• •All refunds and cancellations are strictly governed by the policies of the hotel/resorts/retreats.
• •Magic Vacations will assist in relaying your request but bears no responsibility for the final decision.
• •No refund will be processed for no-shows or unused services.

3Offers & Discounts

• •All offers are subject to availability.
• •Offers are valid only if all conditions are satisfied.
• •Magic Vacations reserves the right to change or withdraw offers.

4Changes & Rescheduling

• •All change requests must comply with the service provider’s policies.
• •Magic Vacations will not independently make changes.

5Responsibilities & Liabilities

Magic Vacations operates as a travel agent, collaborating with service providers.

While we strive to ensure optimal arrangements, we are not liable for:

• ▪Service quality or changes by providers.
• ▪Delays, cancellations, or natural events.
• ▪Loss or theft of personal belongings.

6Travel Documents & Health

• •Guests must carry valid documents.
• •Medical conditions must be disclosed in advance.
• •Magic Vacations is not liable for undisclosed conditions.

7Governing Law

• •Guests must follow local laws.
• •Bookings are subject to local regulations.
