Thank you for selecting Magic Vacations. We kindly ask you to review the following terms thoroughly before finalizing your booking. By securing a package with us, you consent to abide by these terms and conditions.

1Booking & Payment

A booking is regarded as confirmed only once the necessary advance payment is received.
Full payment is required 30 days before the start date of the package.
For last-minute bookings, 100% payment is necessary at the time of booking.
Payments can be facilitated through bank transfer, UPI, or other methods agreed upon with Magic Vacations.
Currently, we do not accept credit card payments.

2Refund & Cancellation Policy

All refunds and cancellations are strictly governed by the policies of the hotel/resorts/retreats.
Magic Vacations will assist in relaying your request but bears no responsibility for the final decision.
No refund will be processed for no-shows or unused services.

3Offers & Discounts

All offers are subject to availability.
Offers are valid only if all conditions are satisfied.
Magic Vacations reserves the right to change or withdraw offers.

4Changes & Rescheduling

All change requests must comply with the service provider’s policies.
Magic Vacations will not independently make changes.

5Responsibilities & Liabilities

Service quality or changes by providers.
Delays, cancellations, or natural events.
Loss or theft of personal belongings.

6Travel Documents & Health

Guests must carry valid documents.
Medical conditions must be disclosed in advance.
Magic Vacations is not liable for undisclosed conditions.

7Governing Law

Guests must follow local laws.
Bookings are subject to local regulations.
