Important: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation, curtailment and medical emergencies. Please read this policy carefully before confirming your booking.
More than 45 days before travel
Full refund minus a non-refundable booking fee of ₹5,000 per person.
31–45 days before travel
25% of the total package cost is forfeited. The remaining 75% is refunded within 14 working days.
16–30 days before travel
50% of the total package cost is forfeited. The remaining 50% is refunded within 14 working days.
8–15 days before travel
75% of the total package cost is forfeited. The remaining 25% may be offered as a travel credit at our discretion.
7 days or less before travel
No refund is applicable. The full package cost is forfeited.
Documented medical emergencies
In cases of serious illness or hospitalisation (supported by a doctor's certificate), we will work with you to reschedule your trip at no extra charge, subject to availability. Where rescheduling is not possible, a travel credit valid for 12 months will be issued.
Natural disasters, government advisories or force majeure
If we are forced to cancel your trip due to circumstances beyond our control (natural calamities, government travel restrictions, civil unrest), we will offer a full credit or reschedule at no charge. A cash refund will be processed within 30 days, less any non-recoverable hotel or transport charges already paid.
Insufficient group size
If a group departure does not reach the minimum size, we will offer an alternative date, a private trip upgrade, or a full refund.
The following are non-refundable in all cases:
Air and train tickets purchased on your behalf · Visa and permit fees · Travel insurance premiums · Adventure activity deposits once booked · Ayurveda and wellness programme deposits paid directly to the resort.
Written notice required
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] or via WhatsApp to +91 84316 05588, quoting your booking reference number. The cancellation date is the date we receive written confirmation, not the date of verbal notice.
Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 5–7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
