Terms & Conditions – Magic Vacations

Thank you for selecting Magic Vacations. We kindly ask you to review the following terms thoroughly before finalizing your booking. By securing a package with us, you consent to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

• A booking is regarded as confirmed only once the necessary advance payment is received.

• Full payment is required 30 days before the start date of the package.

• For last-minute bookings, 100% payment is necessary at the time of booking.

• Payments can be facilitated through bank transfer, UPI, or other methods agreed upon with Magic Vacations.

• Currently, we do not accept credit card payments.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All refunds and cancellations are strictly governed by the policies of the hotel/resorts/retreats.

• Magic Vacations will assist in relaying your request to the hotel/resorts/retreats but bears no responsibility for the final decision or refund amount.

• No refund will be processed for no-shows or services unused after the start of the package.

3. Offers & Discounts

• All offers are subject to availability.

• Offers are valid only if all stipulated conditions are satisfied.

• Magic Vacations retains the right to change or withdraw offers without prior notice.

4. Changes & Rescheduling

• All requests for changes, rescheduling, or amendments must comply with the terms and conditions of the hotel/resorts/retreats.

• Magic Vacations will not independently make changes from our end.

5. Responsibilities & Liabilities

• Magic Vacations operates as a travel agent, collaborating with hotels/resorts/retreats, transport providers, and activity organizers.

• While we strive to ensure optimal arrangements, we are not liable for:

  • Service quality or modifications made by hotels/resorts/retreats or other service providers.

  • Delays, cancellations, accidents, or acts of nature beyond our control.

  • Loss or theft of guests’ personal belongings, travel documents, or valuables.

6. Travel Documents & Health

• Guests are required to have valid ID proof, passport, visa (if applicable), and any other documents mandated by authorities or the hotel/resorts/retreats.

• For wellness packages, guests must notify us of any medical conditions or allergies before making a booking.

• Magic Vacations is not liable for health issues that arise from undisclosed conditions or for failing to follow medical guidelines.

7. Governing Law

• Guests must adhere to the laws and regulations of the country, state, and city they are traveling to.

• All bookings and travel arrangements are subject to these relevant local laws and the terms of the respective hotel/resorts/retreats.
