The insider window nobody uses
After the monsoon recedes, South India is at its most vivid — waterways full, vegetation lush, waterfalls at peak flow. Crowds are at their annual minimum and room rates have not yet climbed back to peak. For Ayurveda, post-monsoon is when the body's receptive state carries the most benefit. Guests who discover this window tend to schedule around it every year.
